Diabetes Awareness Teaching and Education

A program is presented on a monthly basis to assist those in the community with diabetes, learn self-management of their disease, and to reduce complications associated with diabetes. Pre-registration is required. It is a 2-night presentation that lasts 2 hours both nights. Participants attend both nights. Classes start promptly at 6:30 PM and last until 9:00 PM.
